Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support
- Design, configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements
- Act as a technical lead, providing guidance, code reviews, and direction to development teams
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform
Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (mandatory)
- Strong working experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules
- Proven experience in leading ServiceNow project delivery
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Ability to independently own technical responsibilities in a remote work environment

- Ability to interact professionally with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership mindset with a collaborative and team-oriented approach
Qualifications
- BTech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, ECE, or related fields
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications – preferred
- CIS certification (ITSM / CSM / HRSD) – highly desirable
