Refund Policy

1. No Refunds After Activation

Once a plan has been activated (approved by admin), no refunds will be issued. Please ensure you understand the service before making a payment.

2. Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Non-delivery of service — payment approved but plan not activated
  • Duplicate payment — charged twice for the same plan
  • Payment verification failure — payment was made but could not be verified

3. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Requests after this period will not be considered.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at contact@aanasolutions.net with your payment reference ID and reason for the refund request.

5. Processing Time

We will respond to refund requests within 2 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
