Role Overview

is seeking a results-driven ServiceNow Marketing Specialist who can independently plan and execute product marketing and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Messaging

  • Develop a strong understanding of ’s ServiceNow solutions by collaborating with product and engineering teams
  • Translate technical features into clear, customer-focused value propositions
  • Support product launches with positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign assets

Content & Script Development

  • Write demo scripts, explainer video scripts, and product walkthrough content
  • Create high-quality content for LinkedIn, website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to develop engaging marketing assets

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Plan and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns (audience targeting, performance optimization)
  • Execute Google Search campaigns and manage keyword strategies
  • Implement SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page activities
  • Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Marketing Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars
  • Support product launch campaigns
  • Build and manage email marketing workflows
  • Conduct competitor and market research to enhance positioning and brand visibility

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with leadership, designers, video editors, and external partners
  • Support creation of marketing assets for webinars, events, and customer outreach initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing (preferably in SaaS or B2B technology)
  • Experience working with US-based clients or targeting US markets
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow ecosystem (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Strong English writing and communication skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into marketing messaging
  • Ability to independently manage campaigns and content end-to-end
  • Comfortable working during US business hours
