Social Media & Ads Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Ads Manager to lead our online presence and ad campaigns. You’ll manage content, strategy, and paid promotions across major platforms to build brand visibility and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Plan, run, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns
- Create and schedule engaging content, reels, and stories
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with design, content, and SEO teams for aligned branding
Qualifications
- Graduate or student in Marketing, Media, or related field
- Internship or freelance experience in social media or paid ads is a plus
- Passion for digital marketing, trends, and audience engagement
- Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Buffer
- Ability to write short, effective captions and calls-to-action
Bonus
- Knowledge of ad pixel setup, targeting strategies, or analytics tools
- Experience in influencer or brand collaborations
