Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close new projects for Custom WordPress Development, Theme Customization, and Plugin Development.
  • Proactively connect with global WordPress Agencies to offer our high-quality development as their backend/white-label partner.
  • Target businesses looking for scalable E-commerce solutions and high-performance online stores.
  • Act as the bridge between client requirements and our core WordPress development team.

    • 10% Flat Commission on standard individual WordPress project closures.
    • 25% Premium Commission for large-scale WordPress Agency Contracts, Enterprise-level projects, or long-term retainer clients.

  • Proven experience in IT Sales, specifically selling WordPress/PHP services.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a professional command of communication.
