Digital Marketing Lead (Hands-on)

Position Overview

This is a hands-on Digital Marketing Lead role in a product-led, high-innovation environment. You will own and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to support new features and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage digital campaigns across content, email, and LinkedIn
  • Partner with Product & Dev teams to understand new features/products and drive go-to-market launches
  • Own campaign performance and marketing analytics (reach, engagement, conversions)
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics and AI tools to drive insights and optimization
  • Lead a small team (4–5 members) while contributing individually
  • Prepare and present performance reports and insights to leadership

Must-Have

  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Proven hands-on experience in:
  • Content marketing
  • Email campaigns
  • LinkedIn campaigns
  • Experience working with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in marketing workflows
  • Comfortable working with technical products and cross-functional teams

  • Prior experience in QA, software development, or SaaS environments
