Lead AI Engineer / Lead AI Product Builder

Job Description

We are building an ambitious AI-led product within iCare Living, a UK healthcare business operating in regulated care, with a longer-term vision to create commercially valuable workflow and operations solutions that can be scaled across healthcare and other sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine an internal platform that helps managers and staff stay on top of their recurring responsibilities across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual tasks.
• Create a system that gives our employees greater clarity, consistency and control in their roles, helping them understand what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, why it matters, and how completion should be evidenced properly and identified easily under audit conditions.
• Develop an interactive AI assistant / App designed to support users in carrying out their responsibilities more effectively and with greater confidence.

Requirements

• Strong technical capability with product thinking, commercial awareness and a genuine interest in building something of long-term value.
• Work closely with our founder team and UK-based AI postgraduate developer.
• Take the lead on technical direction, architecture and hands-on product build.
• Work alongside experienced operational professionals who can provide the regulatory, industry and practical insight needed to ensure what we build is grounded in the realities of the UK healthcare market.
