About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Front End Engineer to join our team. As a Front End Engineer at the company, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining our large-scale React/TypeScript systems.

WHAT YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON:
This role sits at the intersection of hands-on development, product thinking, and continuous growth.
Build Modern Web Experiences
Develop responsive, high-quality interfaces using React & JavaScript/TypeScript
Contribute to features within our Progressive Web App
Help deliver reliable experiences across devices and varying network conditions
Contribute to Feature Development
Implement features from defined requirements and collaborate on design decisions
Work closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers
Balance user experience, performance, and technical constraints
Work Within Scalable Front-End Systems
Contribute to a shared codebase with established patterns and practices
Participate in discussions around architecture and system improvements
Learn how to navigate and improve large, evolving applications
Collaborate and Improve as a Team
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Work Smarter with AI
Use AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude, Codex) to accelerate development

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
You’re a solid engineer with strong fundamentals and a desire to grow.
3–5 years of experience building user-facing web applications
2+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
Strong understanding of modern HTML, CSS, and front-end fundamentals
Experience working with APIs and integrating backend services
Ability to debug issues and work within existing codebases
Familiarity with testing (unit and end-to-end)
Clear written communication skills (we’re async-first)
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with state management or data-fetching libraries (e.g., React Query)
Exposure to performance optimization or scalable front-end patterns
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows or cloud environments
Interest in mobile or cross-platform development
