Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support
  • Design, configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Act as a technical lead, providing guidance, code reviews, and direction to development teams
  • Work directly with clients and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (mandatory)
  • Strong working experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules
  • Proven experience in leading ServiceNow project delivery
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • Ability to independently own technical responsibilities in a remote work environment

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership mindset with a collaborative and team-oriented approach

Qualifications

  • BTech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, ECE, or related fields
  • ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications – preferred
  • CIS certification (ITSM / CSM / HRSD) – highly desirable
