ServiceNow Marketing Specialist
Role Overview
is seeking a results-driven ServiceNow Marketing Specialist who can independently plan and execute product marketing and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Messaging
- Develop a strong understanding of ’s ServiceNow solutions by collaborating with product and engineering teams
- Translate technical features into clear, customer-focused value propositions
- Support product launches with positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign assets
Content & Script Development
- Write demo scripts, explainer video scripts, and product walkthrough content
- Create high-quality content for LinkedIn, website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and sales presentations
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to develop engaging marketing assets
Digital Marketing Execution
- Plan and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns (audience targeting, performance optimization)
- Execute Google Search campaigns and manage keyword strategies
- Implement SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page activities
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Marketing Planning & Strategy
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars
- Support product launch campaigns
- Build and manage email marketing workflows
- Conduct competitor and market research to enhance positioning and brand visibility
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership, designers, video editors, and external partners
- Support creation of marketing assets for webinars, events, and customer outreach initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing (preferably in SaaS or B2B technology)
- Experience working with US-based clients or targeting US markets
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow ecosystem (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into marketing messaging
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and content end-to-end
- Comfortable working during US business hours
