Technical Lead – Java Full Stack

Technical Skills – MUST HAVE

  • Backend: (Should be strong in one of the below technologies and can pick up other technology)
    • Java8
    • SpringBoot
    • RESTful Services
    • Messaging system integrations
    • Mockito for unit testing
  • Frontend:
    • ReactJS
    • Redux or React Context
  • Database:
    • MySQL or any relational database

      Technical Skills – NICE TO HAVE

  • AWS
  • PHP, Laravel, PHPUnit

    Expectation

  • Candidate should have 8+ years of real-time project experience
  • Should have good experience in maintenance projects
  • Should be a tenacious problem-solver, who is self-driven and has a can-do mentality
  • Should work and collaborate directly with Client Solution Architects
  • Should understand the architecture, perform detailed analysis and mentor the team
  • Ensures necessary tools and processes are implemented and adhered by the developers to build a clean and maintainable code
  • Self-initiated to propose and take up process and delivery improvement activities
  • Should be able to suggest architectural improvements to the Architects
  • Responsible for the team’s overall delivery quality and commitment
  • Good in communication
