Roles and Responsibilities

Must Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience in functional testing, demonstrating a good understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Proven experience working in Scrum or Agile development environments, with a good understanding of Agile principles. The candidate should be comfortable participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and be able to adapt testing processes to the Agile framework.
  • Hands-on experience in API Testing using Postman.
  • Skilled in Java programming with a solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and collections
  • Expertise in automation testing (Selenium and/or Karate) including test data management, Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), cross browser testing and reporting.

    Good To Have Skills

  • Demonstrate ability to check in code, collaborate effectively, and manage version control using Git/GitHub
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing automated testing solutions within CI/CD pipelines, using Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions
