Key Responsibilities
- Test Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and test strategies
- Develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts
- Ensure high-quality test execution aligned with SLAs
- Leadership & Ownership
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
- Drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Own end-to-end testing deliverables in a customer-facing setup
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams
- Communicate test progress, risks, and insights effectively
- Present reports with actionable recommendations
- AI-Driven Testing
- Leverage AI tools and intelligent automation to optimize testing
- Continuously improve productivity, coverage, and defect detection
